Ministry Staff
Meet our pastors
“Pastor Tim” as we like to call him has been our churches Valentine since his arrival on Valentine’s day 2009.
Just prior to coming to First Baptist he had been working as a Ministry Catalyst with numerous ministries and churches around the country. This exposure and experience has given him great insight into leading our church in this new century. Prior to that he served as Executive Director at Student Leadership University and on several church staffs as well. He has lead ministry in churches whose size varied from 12 to 12,000.
He says the greatest compliment he ever receives is when people say “you are not like any Pastor I have ever known!”.
The church has come to love his straight forward and challenging messages. He has brought the simple but life changing message of the two reasons we are alive: “To love God and to share Gods love with others”.
He also brings a great sense of humor. He likes to say: “if we can’t giggle every few minutes then someone is doing something wrong!”
His wife Carol works as a Middle School Principal and they have 5 children one daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. They all attend our church.
Pastor Tim loves the challenge of leading a historic church in a historic setting to be a place that both honors the past and stays on the cutting edge of contemporary church ministry.

Pastor Keith has been touted as the oldest living youth pastor but that can’t be true. He has all his hair and it’s not white.
Keith in addtion to being executive pastor is also student pastor and senior adult pastor. He is married to Susan and they have three children, a son-in-law and a wonderful granddaughter who definitely takes center stage.
He is passionately seeking to develop Godly leaders among teenagers, among adult youth leaders and also works with other churches and youth leadership organizations to see the believing youth of this world make an eternal Kingdom difference in reaching the lost. He not only seeks to do this on the local basis but has taken youth on mission projects to Hungary, Israel, Romania, Mexico, Italy and the Bahamas as well as bringing in youth from the United Kingdom as a “reverse” mission project.
