Update: Coronavirus & Our Church

Dear Church Family,
As I have said before, I am so very anxious to return to our regular schedule. As we do each week in staff meeting, we took some time to discuss:  what reopening steps can we take this week? The conversation was all over the page. We need to hurry up, slow down, ease into it. The entire staff contributed but none of us has any real answers. That is why we make decisions week by week. I am really interested in opening as soon as possible, and with the Governor’s announcing Phase 2 on Wednesday, I believe there will be an opportunity soon.
I wish I could be more specific, but as I mentioned, we will make a decision on Tuesday.  Thank you for your patience.
In the meantime, our church is healthy. Currently, we know of only one of our members who is being quarantined. He is a Lake County paramedic and was exposed but has no symptoms or test results so far. Please pray for his health.
Once again, this Sunday we will be offering a 9:45 service at Foundation Worship and an 11:00 service Downtown.  If you feel comfortable in attending, we welcome you. Should you feel the need to be cautious, you can view us online at those same times.
I am seeing light at the end of this tunnel!
I just Love Being Your Pastor,
Pastor Tim

VIRTUAL VBS: Parking Lot Rally on Monday! Drop by the Plant Street parking lot between 9:30am-12:30pm to pick up your Toolbox and Hard Hats. Starting Monday, have your little Builders check the Blueprints posted on the church website under Virtual VBS.

The world needs more kindness right now; I think all of us would agree. This week Pastor Ryan met a 13-year-old boy named Will who, for the past 3 years has been raising money on his own for LIFT Disability Network.  Will’s story deals with the hurt of being bullied.   This year he has designed a t-shirt: 100% of the profit is being donated to LIFT’s Disabilities Summer Camp.  Help us support Will in his efforts to make this year’s camp incredible for the disability community here in Central Florida.

You can view and pre-order your “Be a Kind Human” shirt here:  https://onrealm.org/fbcwg/PublicRegistrations/Event?linkString=OThhM2EyNDAtYjU2Yy00MGNjLTk3YTktYWJjZjAxNDczY2Q4

First order will go in on June 15. Once the shirts arrive you will be notified to pick it up here at the church.
